Where is the wedding?
Our ceremony will be held in the historic sanctuary of Mulberry Street United Methodist Church in downtown Macon! The reception will be just a few blocks away at Emerson at Plum.
What time should we arrive?
We recommend you arrive at the ceremony 20-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony, which will begin at 5:30 pm.
What is the dress code?
We kindly request you wear formal attire. Think somewhere in-between black-tie and cocktail!
Is this an unplugged ceremony?
Yes! A wedding ceremony is a service of worship. Because of the sacred nature of the occasion, we ask that you keep phones put away during our ceremony. Thank you for honoring this request.
Where do we park?
Both sites have dedicated parking lots, as well as ample street parking. The Mulberry Street UMC parking lot has entrances on Mulberry St & New St. The Emerson at Plum parking lot has an entrance on Third Street.
Can I bring my kids?
We love your little ones – however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!
